Requirements

For the safety of our residents we are required to run a routine background check.

A security deposit of one months rent and your first months rent are due before moving in. Your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your move-out date based on the condition of the lot.

All of our lots are owner-occupied. To maintain the highest level of community, we do not have any rental mobile homes. Therefore, we require a proof of title to live here, or you are participating in our rent-to-own program.

Approved tenants are required to fill out the following:

1. Lot rental agreement

2. Rules and regulations

3. Lease addendum for crime-free/drug-free housing

4. Addendum to rental application

5. Corporate, private screening, authorization and release for consumer report

6. Rental application and landlord/tenant guide
